		Geoff Graves - General Manager Geoff has over 25 years experience in a senior executive role where his vision, strategic thinking and motivational skills have been instrumental in driving success. He has a passion for ensuring that the entire organization works together to deliver value, innovation, and service to each of our customers.

		Goran Djekanovic - Plant Manager Goran worked as a Mechanical Engineer for 12 years in Europe, specializing in design, estimation, and engineering. He has been with AWP since 1997.

		Brent Le Boutillier - Director, Corporate Sales Brent has over 40 years of entrepreneurial knowledge and brings valuable experience in the grocery industry to the table. He has been with our organization for over a decade.

		Bruce Davis - Director of Operations & Product Development Bruce has been with AWP for 25 years and brings an extraordinary amount of merchandising and design knowledge to our projects. He has an innate ability to spot the dozens of little details that make our solutions really successful.

		Don Kimmie - Project Manager Don has been with AWP for 17 years and 10 years ago brought his extensive sales experience to the role of Project Manager. He coordinates all of the elements of a project, from quoting through to final delivery.

		Matthew Chesham - Controller Matt is a CMA with 9 years of financial management experience, and is committed to handle today and tomorrow’s business challenges, focusing on operational excellence to drive long-term growth.

Russell McKinlay - Account Executive
Russ is the newest member of the AWP team, having been with the company for three years. He models the company’s commitment to customer service in all his client dealings.
